Recommended by the client to Rycon, the project’s client and general contractor, Allied eagerly took on the challenge of crafting a custom warehouse to house the client’s storage units.

Following initial outreach in November 2021, Allied embarked on what would turn out to be a complex but rewarding design and engineering process. Despite mirroring Allied’s previous undertakings for this particular client, this project presented specific design challenges that demanded exceptional collaboration. Recognizing the need for specialized expertise, Allied enlisted a longtime trusted partner in engineering and design to advise on some of the project’s more complex items and help coordinate all of the many moving parts. The remarkable synergy between Allied, The Engineer, and Rycon confirmed Allied’s belief that solutions are everywhere, you just need to know where to look.

Thanks to the team’s unwavering dedication to problem-solving, the project was delivered on schedule in July 2022. Despite a six-month permitting delay, the project progressed steadily and is now approaching its completion. What started out as a challenge evolved into a triumph that speaks volumes about Allied’s steadfast commitment to clients and our unparalleled ability to deliver industry-leading solutions.

Strong in Quality and Character

Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, the building boasts a robust steel frame, crowned by a standing seam roof adorned with liner panels, and insulated metal panels (IMPs), with features including a complex series of parapets and wall transitions, plus expansive open glass areas. The steel frame, sourced from Allied’s own Spanish factory, guarantees exceptional strength and durability. Once complete, the warehouse will store the client’s storage units, further solidifying their strong foothold in Florida.
