Since 2001, Allied Steel Buildings has made significant contributions to the Panama Pacifico logistics park, while building a time-tested partnership with the park’s developer London & Regional Properties. With a shared vision for excellence and innovation, a limitless mindset, and boldness to break boundaries Allied has taken great pride in delivering sixteen of the client’s structures to date. As the mixed-use real estate development continues to evolve and attract boundless economic potential, its influence in the region grows, highlighting the importance of designing, fabricating, and delivering the highest quality steel buildings that the industry is known for.

Located on the site of the former Howard Air Force Base in Veracruz, Panama, the mixed-use development’s recent boom has been notable, with major multinational business and several Fortune 500 companies establishing operations there. The park’s location just 15 minutes from downtown Panama City, 35 minutes from Tocumen International Airport, and adjacent to the Pan-American Highway that connects the Americas, has made the unique 3,450 development a highly sought after location.

Allied’s relationship with the park’s developer began in 2001 and has only grown since then. As our inaugural foray into the Panama market, we recognized that our first building in the park had the potential to be the start of something special. Since then we have established ourselves in the region, becoming experts in local codes and building practices, with a network of local partners and extensive regional experience that we bring to the table as we continue to expand our client base throughout Panama. The quality of our warehouses, offices, and multi-use spaces in Panama Pacifico speak for themselves, though it is our continued business with the client that launched our reputation and success within Panama. By expanding into this new market, Allied forged and developed valued and trusted partnerships with some of the region’s best installers, engineers, logistics teams, and architects, all of which continue to provide the backbone for countless new projects nearby.
