This project truly encompasses the design versatility of a pre-engineered Allied Steel structure. The traditional PBR panel exterior has been covered with stucco, Allied Engineers increased the loads and stiffness of the building so the stucco facade will not be compromised and crack. Non-structural parapet walls were added to the design by the architect and engineered into the design by the Allied team. The upgraded Standing Seam Roof System was added to provide additional protection in the tropical climate from inclement weather.
