Allied Cares Raises Funds for Red Cross Alberta Fires Appeal

On May 3rd massive wildfires, which began in Fort McMurray, triggered the largest fire-related evacuation in Alberta history, with tens of thousands of people forced to leave their homes, in more than 12 communities. Urgent emergency services are required to support these individuals and families.

“It’s incredibly important to give back to the communities where we have built our success. Canada, and specifically Alberta, plays an important role in the growth of our business. Now, more than ever, they need our help. Together with the Canadian Red Cross, we hope to bring relief to the people living near Fort McMurray, and do our part in rebuilding these communities.”

– Michael Lassner, President of Allied Steel Buildings.
