Orion Industrial Park Warehouse

The Largest Warehouse in Central America for a New Client in El Salvador

As the advertising guru Bill Bernbach once said, “Nobody counts the number of ads you run; they just remember the impression you make.” Allied is so proud that a social media post about a building we had just completed for a client in Costa Rica caught the attention of Aristos Real Estate as they began sourcing for their newest development – The Orion Industrial Park in San Salvador, El Salvador. After they “liked” our post, we reached out to them to see if they needed help with anything, and sure enough, they were very familiar with prefabricated steel buildings and knew of Allied’s reputation, experience, and international know-how.

Industrial Park Warehouse

Orion Industrial Park is located at Carretera Panamericana in Ciudad Arce, La Libertad. The building Allied supplied became the LARGEST warehouse in Central America, at an astonishing 670,000 square feet in size—the equivalent of nearly one dozen football fields!

The industrial park is now home to clients of many different sizes and industries. It is being developed as an eco-friendly complex—with an emphasis on abundant vegetation as well as waste management, shared infrastructure, and common services to optimize efficiencies.

Real Estate Developer

Aristos Real Estate was looking for a partner who was agile with its deliveries and capable of providing a best-in-class final product. Early on, both companies realized it was not going to be an easy feat to engage in a project of this magnitude in the midst of the biggest freight and supply crisis the world has faced. Fortunately, the working relationship between Allied and Aristos was founded on mutual respect, commitment, and trust, which translated to a successful endeavor despite the obstacles.

This was the first project ever made at ASI, Allied’s new factory in Spain, and Allied’s team had to be creative in finding the best routes to meet the client’s timeline. By providing Aristos with project models and technical information in advance, they were able to better and more efficiently prepare the jobsite, ensuring that execution would be seamless once the materials arrived in more than 120 containers.

All in all, after a short six months, the project was completed and a solid relationship was formed. Our client was very satisfied with our services, and we are extremely proud to have made a positive impression in yet another international market.
